Must I dissolve Bellarise Instant Dry Yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar? Some recipes say to just blend the yeast with the flour. Isn’t it necessary to dissolve the yeast in warm water before using it?
Do not dissolve Bellarise® Instant Dry Yeast before using it. Simply add it during the kneading process.
